Room for rent in clean tidy house, one smoke-free lounge, also sitting room to smoke in. Would suit clean tidy working person with GSOH who will understand basic re-cycling and tidy up after themselves, cleaning products are included in the rent and are there to be enjoyed by everyone in the house. :@) Short stays welcome and rent adjusted to weekly basis.
Has large garden, patio area & friendly neighbours. 15 mins walk to town & stations & local shops within mins, football grounds 5 min walk. 5 mins drive to motorways.
Must be tolerant of a small JR dog that lives there, so must like dogs! wifi included as with all bills except food and phone calls.
