We have a small single room in a friendly 5 bed house, near to the city centre (10 mins walk to city center and on a bus route)- Lock up garage - off road parking - large garden - kitchen downstairs - kitchenette upstairs - seperate living room - 2 shower rooms - wireless broad band. £350 per month, inc of council tax water rates, elec and gas, TV, and cleaner who comes in fortnightly to clean the shared areas and a gardener to cut the lawn once a fortnight.
