There is Sky TV in the living room which the lodger is free to use. There is a large bathroom with shower and bath. There are two tenants but one of the tenants only lives at the property at the weekend so you will mostly be living with one tenant. Smokers are welcome to smoke outside at back of property. We are not far from the centre of town (approx 2 miles) and not far from a bus stop (literally round the corner). We are a very relaxed, friendly and welcoming and would welcome the same.
