I currently have one room available to rent in a character house near to Peterborough city centre (Oundle Road). The house is a large mid terrace with a loft conversion and a large garden.

The room is good sized double with a built in wardrobe and high ceilings at the front of the property.

The house has two recently decorated shared reception rooms, kitchen, bathroom and separate shower room.

All bills will be included in the monthly rent (gas, electricity, council tax, TV licence, water and insurance) along with satellite television and 100mb fibre optic broadband. There would be absolutely no additional costs on top of the monthly rent.

Unfortunately I am unable to let the room to a couple.
