Our housemate has moved out so bedroom 3 is available, its a medium sized room, furnished with single bed can fit a double or 3/4 bed if preferred

Shared bathroom with one other as BR1 is en-suite and house also has downstairs toilet

One tenant here 2-3 nights pwk one 5 so plenty of company and free time too, often head off to pics or pub or gym in week

Parking available off road - this is a lovely relaxed home
