Double Room in new build house, fully furnished

I have recently brought a new build house with a spare double room, fully furnished. Has own bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. There’s a gorgeous lake (last picture) less than 20 metres from the house, it’s beautiful to walk or run around. I have a 16 month old Beagle called Hugo, he is still quite playful but absolutely adorable, loves playtime and a cuddle. I am currently working from home but have set up an office in the third room, there is a dining table if you want to work downstairs. I play netball a couple of times during the week and out most of the weekends walking with Hugo or socialising so please feel free to use the house as your own. Garden with patio. Driveway that fits two cars. Close to a Tesco superstore, Aldi, McDonald’s and Costa all in walking distance.
