Hi, my housemate is moving out to be closer to work and family. So I'm looking for a replacement to share a small house. I have a doggy and he is friendly, sociable and now house trained. I'd like someone who does not lock themselves away. I am in the process of replacing the furniture and white goods
It's pretty much a blank canvas as most of the furnishings belong to my housemate, who was here first.
I am respectful, polite, sensitive and hard working. I would like someone with same or simular values please.
We have a really large garden and friendly neighbours.
Smoking is allowed in the garden.
