Lovely 3 bed chalet bungalow house share in a quiet Clos. A double room on first floor available for single occupancy. Currently furnished with double bed, bedside table/ unit and a industrial style wardrobe/shelving. Can be rented unfurnished if preferred.

The house is on a Clos between Saumarez Park and L’Aumone. Garage for bicycles. Car parking on drive and outside house/in Clos but also easy access to bus route (on 41, 42 and P2).

Centrally heated house with 2 lounges (sky tv and free view), well equipped kitchen with attached dining room. Also a sizeable garden - great for the summer and barbecuing. - and plenty of living space. Also bathroom (bath and shower) plus downstairs cloakroom. washing machine, tumble drier and dish washer. With second fridge freezer in garage.

A cleaner will come in weekly to clean the communal areas but house sharers are expected to clean their rooms and tidy up after themselves during the week.

Rental includes WiFi and all bills, other than any use of landline phone. Also includes the weekly clean of the ‘communal’ areas. I live in the house share so will supply all the usual things like cooking equipment, cutlery, dish washer tabs, loo roll, liquid soap and, because I live in, I fix/ repair stuff as it wears out. Really all you have to arrange yourself is your food, travel and phone.

I am looking for a second house sharer - so there will be three of us. I work full time and am looking for someone who will enjoy the advantages of living in a house share, preferably on a long term basis.
