Renovated house - walking distance to town (25 min

I have a recently renovated house with a spare bedroom. We would share the living areas, and the bathroom etc. You would have your own fridge and kitchen cupboards etc. There is plenty of storage in your bedroom with massive built in wardrobes and you also have distant sea views. There is wifi and Netflix that you are welcome to use.

The property has underfloor heating downstairs and is well insulated and heated. There is parking, and a garden that you are welcome to use as well - if it ever stops raining! There are supermarkets / petrol station close by.

I work full time Monday to Friday, and get up early (to exercise before work) and therefore tend go to sleep early as well. I also have a social life so am out a few nights a week.

I would like a clean, tidy and social house sharer who has working hours that fit in with my working life.
