Single Room in Shared House - Vale Common

We have a single room to rent in our home.  It’s a large house, full of character with a sunny garden and secure, off road parking is also available. There is also a major bus stop about 20 metres away. The room is furnished with bed, mattress and dresser.

All bills are included and there is good WiFi !

You will also have access to the large kitchen, dining room (dinner parties?) and bathroom (right outside your room.)  Ideally, we’re looking for someone to stay at least six months.

No smoking in the house but outside is fine.

This is a local market property. Ideal for a local or someone with/ looking to obtain a short term licence.

We have three boys between us (aged 9-14) who are here at various times during the week.
