We have a furnished double and king room to rent within our modern, clean and tidy 3 bed home in St Lawrence. We are a quiet couple in our early thirties and are looking to share with single professionals. Someone with similar qualities would be the ideal candidate. We are conveniently located on a quiet road near Carrefour Selous on a main bus route. We have a local corner shop and we are only a five minute drive to Morrisons, M&S and local pubs.

Lodgers will have access to:
Large cosy lounge and dining area
Kitchen- including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, all crockery, cookware and glassware
Two well gardens barbecue
House bathroom shared between the two lodgers (power shower and bath).
There is also a downstairs toilet, large welcoming hallway and some storage in loft and garage for things like bike and suitcases.

£780 per month (payable in advance). One months deposit required. References may be required. One full calendar months notice required to vacate.

£830 per month (payable in advance). £500 deposit required. References may be required. One full calendar months notice required to vacate.

Rent includes: parish rates, water, oil-fired central heating, electricity, wifi, cleaner for the communal areas, window cleaner, access to Netflix and Prime TV on the downstairs TV.
