Room to Let in Castle Quay Sea Facing Apartment

Hi,

I am looking for a flatmate for my 2 bedroom sea-view apartment in Castle Quay. The apartment is practically furbished (except of a bed for the second bedroom, which you need to get yourself). The design is modern. We have a cleaning lady that comes once a week as well. The apartment has JT Fibre and bills are included. The apartment has two bathrooms. As I am using my ensuit, the second bathroom would be practically only used by the second flatmate (and only has been for the last two years by my current flatmate).. As my current flatmate is moving to London, I am looking for another professional to share the flat with me. I travel a lot, so I would like to someone responsible that I can trust the flat with, when I am gone.
