Location - The house is located in the highly affluent area of great Warford which comes under Alderlery Edge. But has the advatage of being in a rural location only 5 minutes drive from Alderlery edge & 10 minuted from Wilmslow.

The Room measurments are 10ft 6 inches by 11ft.
A Bosch kettle as well beverages + double bed with new SIMBA memory foam mattress + 2 double duck down pillows + 55" Sony 4k TV are included in the room.

The bedroom has ample storage with 3 built in wardrobes and drawers.

The future tenant will have accress to the Kitchen/dining room and the Upstairs wet room.
As well as the unitiy room with spin dryer, washing machine & Samsung fridge freezer.

Current occupiers-Myself the Landlord and my elderley mother who lives on the ground floor with her own bedroom & wetroom.
