Double room in modern and spacious semi-detached house in Arclid, just off junction 17 of the M6 so ideally located for commuting to Manchester, Liverpool, Stoke etc.

Live in landlord with two 5 year-old dogs (Spaniel and a Labrador) so ideally someone who likes dogs will take the room! The main bathroom, which services 2 of the 3 bedrooms, has a shower over the bath and there is also a WC downstairs too. The kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. We keep the place really clean and so ideally would like someone who has the same mindset!

Current housemates are both professionals in our 20s and ideally looking for someone similar to us, fairly sociable but also has their own stuff going on.
