Available from now, a double room in a beautiful Victorian mid-terrace on Heath Terrace in Arclid.

Location wise it is on the road between Sandbach and Congleton, close to the Arclid crossroads with good access to Holmes Chapel and Stoke-on-Trent. Less than 2 minutes drive to Junction 17 of the M6 and 5 minutes from Sandbach. Buses for Congleton and Sandbach are 1 minutes walk away.

The house was built in 1868 and lives on the beautiful Heath Terrace tucked away from the main road with a private garden complete with a fully powered summer house. It has a large country kitchen with original fireplaces.

You would have the double room at the back of the house. The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, and a set of bedside tables.

I'm looking for a professional male or female to share this lovely country house with my current tenant, Fionn.
