House with a cat, close to trains/transport

1 larger bedroom available in a house with a cat close to public transport (trains to both Manchester&Liverpool)

The room will be unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished (feel free to bring/buy anything you’d like to make it more beneficial for yourself)

I work 4 on 4 off, with my time off I like spending time with family or chilling out playing some videos games, watching TV or going the cinema.
I’m a bit of nerd/geek type who likes alt/rock music.

So preferably someone who is a bit of gamer themselves or doesn’t mind me chatting shit on a headset.
Wouldn’t go amiss for someone who wants to attend gigs/conventions/festivals either.
