Great walking distance into Chester City Centre, just 1.5 miles. Nature parks, fields, walks, shops, beaches, Forests all close by.

Looking for someone clean and tidy.

Spare room is a single small room with built in wardrobe and slim desk/dressing table. A chest of drawers also reserved for you on the landing.

Got tiny dogs, very clean and tidy. Must be a careful dog lover.

Lovely corner bath bathroom and shower, shared and cleaning products kept in there to use regularly after use.

Shared kitchen and lounge. Lounge overlooks fields and trees, garden is south facing with patio, bbq, grass.

Cleaning to be shared, everybody mucks in regularly. Kitchen is wiped down straight after cooking and dishes are cleaned straight away. Option to split a cleaner bill.
