House overlooks fields, plenty of parking locally, local walks surrounded by nature reserves, Chester city is just a 5 minute cycle or 1.5mile 20minute walk. Motorway M56 close-by linking to the Wirral, Manchester, North Wales and Liverpool, Birmingham. South facing grassy garden.

One small well behaved old JackRussel, you can borrow her if you like. Consider pets but they must be very well trained, short haired or none malting, and tidy.

Clean and tidy landlord looking for a likeminded house mate. Happy to get a professional cleaner once a week when the rooms are fully occupied or fortnightly if just your room is occupied.

I use the lounge most nights and you’re very welcome to share if you like and take it in turns with the remote. Equally I understand if you prefer your own space.
