The whole kitchen has recently been re-fitted , retiled and redecorated, and boasts modern appliances including washing machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and electric hob.
A nice sized garden is at the rear of the house. A patio provides a pleasant spot for sitting out in the sun(!) or enjoying a barbeque.
There is ample parking for 2/3 cars available although it is only a 25 minute walk to Chester City Centre along the scenic cycle path and canal. Also, the Blacon Pointer bus stops just 10 seconds walk up the road.
The house is close to all amenities including shops, takeaways, and a post office in the newly refurbished shopping parade.
