It is a 3 story house, with bathroom containing a walk in shower, longe with a 56inch television and kitchen with all of the essentials; cooker, fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine and dryer. It is 5-10minute walk to the local village, 10minutes from the metro-link and bus station. There are a few shops round the corner which include the Co-op, a restaurant called borage, a pharmacy and a few other local shops. It is also less then a 5minute walk to the local cricket club as well as the local pub. The house is also a 10minute drive to Manchester airport.
