The current owner lives with her 12 year old daughter and their cat. So only female professional (prefer working on the office environment) is welcome.

Parking available on our own driveway with security gate entry

You can use the kitchen facility. You can also use the garage to store you bike only.
All bills included but not for charging your own electric car. You have received the covid jabs.

I am a stay at home mum with a few odd jobs here and there.
I am looking for a professional female housemate who is friendly, clean and tidy, and respectful of our house. No overnight visitor(s) please due to my daughter's age but can be discussed after you live here for a while.
