This is a detached suburban house in a quiet neighbourhood. Romiley railway station is nearby for trains into Manchester and there are regular bus services for Stockport. Local shops are within walking distance. The two lodgers share their own living room/lounge and a bathroom. The kitchen is shared with the landlord but each lodger has their own fridge and storage cupboards but share a freezer. The kitchen facilities are available to all including washing machine, drier and diswasher.
The landlord lives on the premises but has her own sitting room.
