I have a room to let... The house is a large 4 bedroom detached in a nice, quiet cul-de-sac location in the village of Broughton. There are many amenities nearby... Airbus factory and Broughton Retail Park 2 minutes away by car or 20 minutes walk. Chester is 20 minutes by car. Close proximity and easy access to all major road networks and motorways.

The room has recently been refurbished to a high standard and consists of a new large single bed (sometimes classed as a micro double) large built-in wardrobe, task desk/vanity table, two bedside cabinets, wall mounted TV. Sole use of the main bathroom (Includes large bath with fitted shower over). You will also have full access and use of the whole house which includes main living room, breakfast/kitchen, conservatory, utility and outside garden, seating and patio areas.

I live in the house too and employed professionally working from home most days of the week.
I'm friendly and very easy going.

Monday - Friday Let or Full- Time.

All bills are inclusive, broadband etc.

The room is available with a weeks notice.
