Room to let! Ideally Monday to Friday, but for the right person I would consider other.
The house is in a lovely, quiet location in-between Broughton and Pen-Y- Fford.
There are many amenities nearby and Broughton Retail Park 2 minutes away by car or 5 minutes on the bus route. Chester is a 20 minute commute and we are close to a motorway so all areas are accessible from there.
It is a nice single room with a high ceiling. There is a shared bathroom, lounge, dining room and kitchen. And a nice outside seating area to relax, lovely in the summer! There is parking too.
I live in the house too. I'm friendly and easy going. My son , 25, is in uni but is home at times. We are both professionals.
We have a little Jack Russel dog, Poppy who is adorable and loves a cuddle.
All bills are inclusive, broadband etc.
6 months minimum term.
