Single room available. Monday to Friday only

Hi there!

I have a room to let. The house is in a lovely, quiet location in-between Broughton and Pen-Y- Fford . There are many amenities nearby and Broughton Retail Park 2 minutes away by car or 5 minutes on the bus route. Chester is a 20 minute commute and we are close to a motorway so all areas are accessible from there.

It is a nice single room with a high ceiling. It is a small room but I would say great for Monday to Friday. There is a shared bathroom, lounge, dining room and kitchen. And a nice outside seating area to relax, lovely in the summer! There is parking too.

I live in the house too, with my 25 years professional son and we work 5 days a week, but usually out most of the day. I'm friendly and easy going.
I have a little Jack Russel dog, Poppy who is adorable and loves a cuddle.

All bills are inclusive, broadband etc.

Ideally looking for 6 months minimum let although would consider a shorter term.
