Flat Share - Broughton

I am looking to rent out my second bedroom in my 2 bedroom flat in Broughton.
It’s a double room : comes with a double bed, wardrobe and side cupboards.
The bathroom is shared (bath/shower).
Shared living room and kitchen.
I have a dog called Milo he’s a cocker spaniel.
There is a garden to the back of the property which can be used.
There is parking in front of the property.

I work Monday to Friday 8.30-4.30 but usually back about 5.30/6 as I have a horse which I go and see.

There is a bus stop 2 minutes from the flat, it’s about 15 minute walk to Broughton park but is also some local shops a 5 minute walk away.
10/15 minutes drive into Chester.
Close to get onto the a55.

Looking for someone who will look after my home like their own.

May be able to move in earlier than January.
