I have a double room to let in modern comfortable family home. Furnished with double bed wardrobe chest of draws and 2 bedside cabinets.. TV cable. Must be very clean and tidy. Full use of kitchen I can provide a separate fridge if need be. Can use family living room. Shared bathroom as a family home. Front and back garden. Is a none smoking home but don't mind if you smoke outside. Myself (mum) and my daughter both work fulltime. Bus stop literally outside my home with service going to chester city centre and train station and bus service which goes straight to chester buisness park.
