I'm a 35yr old female looking to rent out my Medium sized Furnished Double Room in 3 bedroomed house in Broughton. Room has double fitted wardrobes and a new bed, once a tenant is confirmed. Bills, Sky TV & Broadband included. Must be dog friendly (I only have one.. whos not here all the time!). I am a shift worker so not at home every evening or weekend. I'm clean & considerate, Sociable & easy going, it would be good to have someone likeminded who I can get along with & maybe even make a new friend! Would prefer a female but will consider a male.
