private studio in a large period farmhouse

We have a beautiful spacious property off the A51 set in a lovely private garden with a large natural pond and mature trees and wildlife .
At the end of the drive there are bus stops either way to Crewe Nantwich or Chester.
We are husband and wife. looking for a quiet pleasant friendly person/who is allso busy and employed duthe day. We have plenty of secure private parking. and storage space.

The studio is well maintained and has its own entrance. It has new double bed with fridge, microwave, small freezer and sink. Two wardrobes, drawers and cupboards. Next to the bedroom is a shower room WC and sink.
There is also a downstairs WC and sink. A private entrance/staircase leads to the bedroom and bathroom. Under the stairs is more storage space and a larger fridge.
A fully furnished sitting room is also included which is not used by the owners.
We would like a person who is tidy clean quiet and non smoker
We ask for one person only but if it was short term then two people would be acceptable at an extra charge of £60 per week. Children/babies are not allowed to stay.
The cleaning would be done by the owners at an arranged time to suit. Although the studio does not have a washing machine the owners are happy to do the laundry at no extra charge within reason
