Beautiful House Share in Cheadle/South Manchester

We’re looking for a housemate for our house in Cheadle Village/South Manchester. The house is a large Victorian property overlooking a little park. It comprises of Kitchen/Diner, separate dining room, living room/movie room, utility, garage and conservatory. We have a large garden, with a built in kitchen, pond and vegetable beds so it’s the perfect place for sitting in the sun with a glass of wine at the end of the day.

The room is a large bedroom with a double bed and lots of light. It also has another room attached which is a great dressing room or study.

The house is in the middle of Cheadle Village, it’s a 2 minute walk to the shops in Cheadle, from local parks and the bus stops if you’re not a driver. We have a few parking spots on the drive, but also parking on the street if you do drive.

I’m Camille and I work for an Engineering company in recruitment. I enjoy swimming, gardening and general crafty projects – anything that allows me to be creative. Freddie works in marketing and keeps himself occupied with golf, fitness and Manchester City football club. Jess works for an IT company and is into music and languages. We also have 2 cats who think they're the boss of the house (they probably are if we're honest), but they're both really cute so we let them off.

We’re looking for someone who wants to make this house a home, rather than just a place to crash at night and who will look after it the way they would their own house.

Bills wise, council tax and broadband are included but we share gas, electric and water bills which we pay quarterly. We also have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.
