Room in Cheadle

Hi my name is Dan and I have an unfurnished room available straight away at my home in Cheadle.

The room is South facing so bright and airy, but unfurnished, but I would consider assisting with a couple of basics.

The house is clean and modern with all modern appliances with a sun trap garden.

Sky Tv (with sports package)
Sonos music system
100mb broadband
Off road parking

The location is 2 mins drive to the M60 and 5mins to Cheadle Hulme and Gatley railway stations. Cheadle village is a 7-8min walk and has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.

I'm looking for a professional of similar age to share the house and maybe go for a local beer with.

I am a 38 professional with an active social life so there will be plenty of occasions where I will not be in the house, but I'm not one for bringing parties back home, I would expect you to be the same.
