Fully furnished incl TV point and some appliances, room size is 11x15ft or 3. 5x4. 5m, shared living room, bathroom and toilet. Current room colour might be a bit adventures for some, but can always changed to taste.

House is pretty spacious, light and has a happy living atmosphere.

Cheadle village is within 5 minutes walking distance. Close to motorway, bus and rail network, Metro link and local shops.

Abney Hall Park is right behind the house and can be accessed through a public footpath.

Off road parking & storage facilities available.

Costs for TV license, internet (WiFi) etc are included. Gas, Council Tax, Water and Electricity bills are so far excluded split 50/50 and should be around GBP80. 00 per calender month. Totalling the cost to approx GBP415.00
