Hi I have a double bedroom in a large contemporary Detached House with Garage and off-road parking. I am looking for full time or Monday to Friday the price will be adjusted accordingly for Monday to Friday.

I am used to sharing it is a large house. I will be away travelling a great deal as my family are not in the UK.

The maximum amount of people living in the house would be 2 including myself.

Most Bills are included in the rent.

There is also a garage to store a bike safely or any big items.

The house is in an ideal location on a quiet tree lined road. It is within walking distance of Cheadle Hulme and Cheadle village. In addition, It is is ideal for the airport, motorway, by pass and Cheadle Hulme train station. Sainsburys, John Lewis, Waitrose, David Lloyd's and Restaurants, bars, are all within walking distance.
I have two large lounges both with flat screen TV I have sky + Netflix. and prime this is why there is no need to share a lounge you would have your own lounge, There is no shortage of space for chilling out. There is a downstairs toilet and utility room with a washing machine.

The kitchen, breakfast room has an American fridge freezer, granite work surfaces and double oven etc. Double doors lead into the large conservatory which runs the full length of the house. and has under floor heating. This contains a dining area and another seating area.. The Patio doors open onto a landscaped garden.

The first floor has five bedrooms a large bathroom and two shower rooms.
I am looking for a tidy clean professional to share my home, who would like to live in a comfortable, homely, up market environment. I do like the house to be tidy and would expect prospective tenant to respect my home. I currently have a cleaner who will clean communal areas fortnightly. It would not be a problem if you wanted your bathroom, bedroom and lounge cleaned obviously I would have to charge extra for this service. If not required I would expect these areas to be cleaned on a regular basis.

I am a friendly, very positive, easy-going person. who enjoys a good conversation, occasional glass of wine but also my own space.

I have no intentions of letting every room in the house as this is my home. It would be a total of 2 people.

It is cheap accommodation when you consider there are no bills to worry about all you have to do is enjoy the house and garden in the summer.

If required a contract is not a problem with a minimum of one months' notice given on due rent day.

I do not allow overnight guests.

If you don't like cats, it is not the house for you. I have 2 indoor Ragdoll cats who have their own Instagram account, so I do quite a lot of filming and editing.
