The room consists of a double bed, side drawer and huge storing place.

The rest of the flat consist of the following areas;
• Living Room
• Kitchen
• Bathroom
The rent includes of the following bills:
• Water
• Electricity
• Council Tax
• Sky TV and BB

Expectations:
New house mate should be a non-smoker. I do like to keep my flat clean and tidy so would expect a flatmate, respect my space, to keep the bedroom and bathroom clean tidy as well.

I would expect any potential lodger to provide identification /references:
• This could be a signed copy of your letter of employment.
• I would expect to see your original passport or ID Form
• If you are a student, then confirmation of student status.
In return, I will provide a contractual rental agreement, plus a signed and dated copy of the deposit.

Transport:
Public transport is also within a reaching distance walking to the bus stop is 5-10 walking to catch bus 42B to Manchester will  take to Cheadle Hulme or Bramhall train station or 378 to Stockport and if you prefer to walk to Cheadle Hulme or Bramhall station will take about 25-30 minutes. And 313 buses to the airport.  

Social:
Bars, restaurants and shops are 10-15 minutes’ walk into Bramhall, to- Bubble Room, Long Bar, Piccolino, The Victoria Pub, Co-Op, Mace, Club Cheadle Hulme Gym and Boots.

I am a laid back and easy going relaxed person with lots of my own social activities and into fitness.

My job involves working in Physical Fitness.
