Use of kitchen and separate sitting/dining room. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and spacious bathroom with shower. There is also an attic bedroom with ensuite. The owner is a semi retired young at heart professional lady, active and easy going and I am looking to share with a professional person who needs a room for three or four nights a week
