A 4 bedroom relaxed detached house in a quiet cul de sac. Modern furnishings with luxury living. Close to bus stops and railway station. John Lewis, Sainsbury's one roundabout away and the other way one roundabout from the house a large Tesco and M&S plus Next shops.

I have a housekeeper who cleans the house once per week generally including all bathrooms and will vacuum your room if you so wish, she is also available to do ironing and extra chores for you negotiable with her.

There is a large living room with large flat screen tv, as well as a conservatory with another large flat screen tv, both rooms have SKY. Broadband connection is included and Netflix which is available to watch on the main TV and also your laptops/PCs.

Whilst I have no issue with you using the main lounge when I am not there (I travel for business and stay at girlfriend's house on a regular basis), I would expect to have my armchair in the main lounge to myself when I was home, happily share the lounge watching tv and chatting.

There is a separate bathroom for you to use with a bath, shower, basin and toilet which you will share with the other lady tenant. The other tenant works shifts so uses the bathroom mainly in the day whilst we are all at work.

The kitchen has a modern style with granite work tops and a range cooker. There is a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Enough cupboard space for all your own groceries. Cooking pots pans etc all there for you to use.

Relaxing back garden with lovely decking and a BBQ to use at your leisure. A bit of a sun trap in the summer. The Conservatory catches the morning sun and a double garage for storage if you so wish.

There is drive and parking area along the side of the house in front of the garage so your vehicle will always be quite safe.

The household is quite a laid back casual environment for you to either engage or should you wish, have private time.

The price per month does not include food and cooking.
