There is an upstairs shower room and a toilet/cloakroom on the ground floor too.
There is a court yard outside with storage for bikes etc.
The tenants keep the property spotlessly clean, and the courtyards tidy - sharing household duties.
All bills are paid except for the gas/electricity/wifi.
There is a five minute walk to Hoole's Faulkner Street with its bars and lovely village shops etc. A pleasant walk along the canal to Chester town centre.
Also easy access to train station, buses and motorway.
Existing tenants are busy professionals. They are looking for someone who is sociable, clean and tidy.
