About your House mates.
I’m self employed but also work part time on different shifts in retail. Hugh works for a renewable energy company and works away often, so will be no issues using the bathroom a specially since we have an additional w/c downstairs.

We both enjoy socialising I’ll be at the gym or out most evenings as I like to keep busy and Hugh has a passion for Rugby. I’m very into my sports and play for a local American Football Team so usually have a busy weekend. Big foodies, so lots of cooking and baking so feel free to get involved as much or as little as you wish. Big movie watchers too so enjoy going to the cinemas (7 minute drive) usually once a week, have a great home cinema set up too, so if you love a good movie in, or an occasional bit of gaming this is definitely the place for you.


BORING ADULTY STUFF...
I have a private property portfolio consisting of several rentals. So rest assured I have all the necessary experience with renting property etc and ensure the house is well maintained, properly certified and the right person is well looked after and has a tenancy agreement that is set up correctly and specific to their needs!- This legal document will show proof of deposit and outline tenancy :)
