There is a bright spacious kitchen with island, dining suite and pantry. There is a freestanding fridge, electric fan oven, gas hobs and microwave. Cutlery, crockery, saucepans and utensils are included. There is a utility room with washing machine and separate freezer. There is 30+ Mbps wifi throughout the house. The central heating is from a Worcester-Bosch combi boiler with a separate hot water cylinder.
There is a separate living room and dining room for entertaining. The patio area is perfect for summer BBQs and there is also a lawn and mature garden. The driveway has space for one extra car, and there is plenty of on-road parking.
The house is located 3 minutes walk from Hoole high street with shops, bars and restaurants and within walking distance of Chester railway station (10 minutes) and the Chester city centre (25 minutes). Within a minute’s walk from the house is access to the Millenium Greenway, which is a part of the National Cycle Network. There is also easy access to the motorway network (M53, M56).
