Spare room available in an excellent location

2 bed flat which I currently own so I’m looking for a flatmate for my spare room.

Flat is located next to race course so is ideal for the city centre, business parks and local areas.

The flat is very good condition and the spare room comes furnished or unfurnished dependant what the person is looking for.

Bills fully included including sky. Full access to kitchen, bathroom and living room. Share bath room with bath and shower.

I’m very down to earth, laid back , sociable and tidy so I’d like something similar. I work in retail so I have a lot of weekend in work which could work for someone doing a mon-fri.

Is also have a cat with me in the flat so must be cat friendly.

I am open to sensible offers on the monthly fee...
