There is one room available at Bouverie Street, it is a spacious room with a large double bed and would be sharing the house with 4 other students, all females. The house is only 3 minutes walk to Parkgate Road campus, 7 minutes walk to the city centre. The house has a spacious living room, kitchen and a small garden. The rental would be £102 per week, including wifi, water, and electricity bill. There would be a sharing kitchen (with 2 hobs and 2 kitchen sinks) and 2 sharing bathrooms. Washing machine, a dryer, iron and iron board, kitchen appliances such as toaster and kettle are provided. The room include a large double bed, 1 big wardrobe and 2 medium sized cupboard, a sofa, a study table with chair, a small white table. Would be available from January until July 2020.
