The fitted furniture includes a 4’6” double bed, triple wardrobe, bookcase, 2 bedside cabinets, sofa chair and a desk with computer chair. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave and a sink. The luxury en-suite has a WC, sink and large shower cubicle with Grohe thermostatic mixer shower.
The rents are fully inclusive of all utility bills, council tax, broadband, TV licence, etc.
The property offers private parking for 2 cars at £20/month though no spaces are currently available. Free kerbside parking is available on the surrounding roads.
