City Room w/ Kitchen, En Suite, Garden & Parking

A modern room in a lovely red brick house situated in a city centre development just outside Chester’s walls. You’ll be sharing the house with myself – this room on the group floor and my room being on the first floor.

The room is a mid-size room with a comfortable small double bed. There is a large radiator in the room. There is storage in the form of an open clothes wardrobe with drawers, under-bed storage wall mounted shelves and hangers on the back of the door.

The en-suite bathroom is compact but with a surprisingly large shower - along with all other amenities you’d expect to find in a bathroom. What you may not expect to find is the light-up mirror which even doubles as a Bluetooth speaker, perfect to listen to music/radio whilst getting ready in the morning.

The kitchen has everything you could need as a tenant: a large fridge, freezer, oven with convection hobs, kettle, shelves, sink, washing machine and dryer.

The social room has a large glass table with six chairs around it and a large sound-system.

The garden is private and not overlooked by any other house. Hartman garden furniture and hanging baskets.

The area is safe, quiet and very close to town. You’re 0.4mi away from Storyhouse, 0.6mi away from Watergate Street and 0.4mi away from Chester train station. The nearest shop is either Tesco Metro (0.3mi) or McColls (0.3mi), though there is a large ALDI, Tesco and Morrisons all within a 1mi radius.

There is unlimited fast WiFi throughout the house. You have the option of a Samsung Smart TV if you desire. For security there is a Ring doorbell/security system at the front and back of the house.
