I am looking to rent to contractors who require a room away from home Monday to Friday. They would have unrestricted use of the fully equipped kitchen, dining area and conservatory as well as the garden and patio. There are two lovely pubs which serve food within 5 minutes walking distance
The location is suitable for people working in Airbus, Deeside, Stanlow It is 2 minutes to the M53.
Please add £60 a week for double occupancy of a room. There is 1 bathroom for guests use ( I have an en-suite) and 1 toilet.
The rooms may also be available on request from the Sunday night at no extra cost,
