Double Room in Family Home

Double room in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of Chester, close to the Countess of Chester Hospital.

Spacious living area. Large kitchen. Separate office/study (if working from home is possible/required) Patio/Garden. Off-street parking. Fast broadband. Netflix & Amazon Prime.

The room does not have an en-suite, but the occupier would have sole use of the main bathroom/shower-room.

This would suit a non-smoker who is clean, tidy, independent and is happy with their own company and not reliant on much social interaction within the household.

I am 62 and live with my 32 year old son. I'm often away weekends and I holiday abroad a lot. Occasionally my partner stays over for a few days and brings her cat when she stays.
There are 5 bedrooms in the house, but I'm only looking for 1 lodger. The other rooms would remain spare, except for when my other son visits from Reading for a few days per year.

There may be some flexibility on the start date. My current lodger is retiring and moves out at the end of March. I am prepared for an small overlap, if required, using one of the spare rooms.
