Young Professional House Share Chester

Hello, I'm Hannah and I live in Chester with my partner, Joe and our cocker spaniel. We currently rent out 1 other room within our home. We have 1 room available to rent.

The room is complete with double ottoman bed, small wardrobe, 1 x bedside table and 1 x 3 drawer unit which allows for ample storage.

Fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher cupboard space for individuals. The tenant will share a fridge freezer with one other tenant. The open plan kitchen dining area with large table and chairs. Communal living area with SMART TV and sofa. Garden for communal use also, with large patio area, furniture and grassed area.

The main bathroom will be shared between yourself, one other tenant and any occasional guests. Myself and Joe have use of an ensuite.

Bills are all inclusive (gas, electricity, water, council tax and fibre optic broadband)

Ideally the prospective tenant would only require to work from home a maximum of once per week but this can be discussed.

The property is a new build house that I've been making my home for the last 4 years. As a live in landlord I will proactively keep on top of any issues that may arise. Seeking young professional people who are clean and tidy, sociable and respect their fellow house mates. Must love dogs 🐾 (you're not expected to help out with the doggo but he is of course part of my home 🐶)

The Area
The property is in an ideal location, close to Chester Business Park with access to great bus and cycle routes to Chester City centre and Broughton. Nuffield health gym is nearby.

30 mins walk into Chester City centre, with local beer place Sandstone, takeaways, Co-op, butchers, fishmongers, bakery, pharmacy and deli in Westminster Park (8 mins walk away).

Contracts are offered on a 6 month basis unless otherwise agreed. Move in date flexible, available April. Mon-Fri let also possible.
I've been a live in landlord for more than 7 years so have experience with multiple tenants.

Ideally like to meet for a coffee/drink in Chester to get to know you as a person which is important for me to get along with someone who is living in my home. Providing we're both happy then I would be happy for you to view the rooms in person before making a decision as to if it works for you too.
