Hi! I have a spare room available in the perfect location of Hoole!
I am early 30’s looking for someone who’s friendly, fun and independent - whose also clean and tidy (obviously 😅).
The room can be furnished with drawers, bed frame and clothes rail or these can be removed for your own furniture if required. The rest of the house is clean and modern but requiring some painting (waiting for the plaster to dry out!). Bills will be £100 per month.
I work for the NHS and also do some nights in a bar (this helps me fund my travel addiction) and when I am not working I am currently training for a half marathon and drinking lots of coffee!
