We are a couple living in a spacious flat in the hoole area. The flat has a shower and bath, large shared living room with tv and additinal storage in a spare room. The property is a 5 minute walk from chester train station and a 10 minute walk from chester bus station. We are looking to rent out one double room all bills included in the main price. The property is a top floor flat with ample private offroad parking. Ideally looking for someone who will be staying for at least 6 months. We are polite, courtious, clean and tidy and looking for someone similar. We are both gamers and enjoy going outside, socialising and hiking.
