We are a couple living in a spacious flat in the hoole area. The flat has a newly refurbished bathroom with shower and bath, large shared living room with tv and additional storaging space in the attic (about 20m^2 The property is a 5 minute walk from chester train station and a 10 minute walk from chester bus station. We are looking to rent out one double room all bills included in the main price. The property is a top floor flat with ample private offroad parking. Ideally looking for someone who will be staying for at least 6 months. We are polite, courteous, clean and tidy and looking for someone similar. We have a cleaner who comes to clean the flat once a week and if you would like your room cleaning along with it then it will be an additional 26 pounds a month.
