Tramways is a student accomodation in Chester. The room available is a bronze ensuite. The room has a double bed with storage underneath, desk, chair, shelving and a wardrobe. The flat has a communal kitchen and living space. There are 6 ensuite rooms per flat. The accomodation is very close to the train station and easy walking distance to the university.
The rent is £135 per week and the halls will give a discount of £250. Once the contract has been signed I will also give £250.
