Room available in riverside house near the centre of Chester.
The house is next to the River Dee, overlooking the weir, opposite The Groves, less than 10 minutes walk from the city centre.
The room has 2 wardrobes (1 built in), double bed, chest of draws, desk, chair, and shelves. Also Wi-Fi Internet and TV point. The room is 4 meters x 2. 7 m (13 foot by 9 for the metric martyr’s.)
The living room has a lovely view overlooking the river Dee, where you can see the old stone bridge, the city wall, the Groves and the weir. You can watch the cormorants, and herons fish in the weir, feed the ducks out of the window (when the tide is in), and watch the canoeists try and drown themselves on a Sunday lunch time. There's even been a lost baby seal, swimming in the river outside.
The house has a washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, Wi-Fi Internet, Freeview HD and a record playing jukebox.
The house is convenient for the city centre; only 8 minutes walk to Chester Cross. A few minutes walk from bus routes 16, DB1, DB2 and DB5. With the city centre within easy walking distance, for all of Chester's other bus routes.
The house has parking, either in a designated space, or next to the house.

The room is £350 per month, and the bills are about £125 per month. I am away during the week, so you would have the house to yourself during the week. So I am looking for someone sensible who can be trusted.
