Tudor Place - Studio Apartment

I am looking for a Student to take over my lease at Tudor Place for a Platinum Studio. £249.00 per week. The studio is fully self contained with its own ensuite shower room and kitchen. It is a HUGE room. The building has a residents gym, social areas, study, laundry and cinema room. There is 24/7 security and fully gated access. The bed is a double bed and the room has lots of storage. Couples can share at no extra cost as long as both residents are students and can supply evidence of this when booking with the reception team. I have loved living at Tudor Place but to family commitments I am having to leave Chester so do not require the room. If you have any questions please contact me.
